"So disappointed service provided to me. Asked twice for about billing over price they don’t have answer. Manager attitude was bad too. Now my policy around $200 to over $450 without any claims I have because I just paused for a month while in overseas."

"I have been with this agency for years now even though I no longer live in Greeley. Their premiums for auto insurance are the best and most competitive I have found. Jacqueline is very knowledgeable and efficient. If I need to add a policy or make changes, I just send a quick email and it’s handled same day. There are many State Farm agents closer to where I live now, but why change when they are so easy to work with? Plus you can handle everything online, over the phone or by email so their physical location isn’t a major concern. I highly recommend this agency."

"Very unsatisfied with this agency. Moved due dates and being billed double, moved it back and I'm paid up but still being told I owe $420.00 more. This would result in 13 payments for 12 months and the only reasoning I'm being given is "this is how the billing system works" no real explanation as to being extorted for an additional $420.00 or I'm being cancelled on 12.27.
